OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION
-Ensuring that all operations are conducted in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
-Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
-Helping to ensure that the organization's processes remain compliant with the law

EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of experience
-Advanced English/ Bilingual
-Automotive industry background (Tier 1 preferred, although we can also consider Tier 2.
-Engineering completed in processes or related career
-Efficient use of SAP and Microsoft Excel
-Personnel management experience (+300 headcount - production, maintenance, process engineering, etc.)
-Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
-Experience in industrial groups (Corporate contacts)
-Having restructured/reorganized your area (DESIRABLE)
