Join the team as a HR SENIOR MANAGER AMERICAS (Employee Experience Service Lead) , to contribute the achievement of the following challenges:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a correct leadership with the managers/ team leads that will help to create a great employee experience.
  • Ensure service delivery and performance is as per Service Performance Agreements.
  • Represent GBS Employee Experience Services at relevant regional/ functional governance forums and committees
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and manage regional escalations, maintaining close contact with the Global Functional Services Leads who oversees service delivery from a process, risk and controls perspective
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the Global Employee Experience Services Lead to ensure Employee Experience Services best practices are applied across all applicable processes
  • Build a strong working relationship with the Global Solution & Experience Leads (GPOs) to ensure global consistency, effective integration and performance of services
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperation across key functional teams in their center to ensure alignment on service and other strategic issues. Influence and engage key stakeholders to support key initiatives
  • Identify and share best practice and Continuous Excellence (CE) opportunities to optimise relevant global HR processes with the Global Employee Experience Services Lead, counterpart Center Employee Experience Services Lead, and Global Solution and Experience Leads (GPOs)

    Qualifications and skills

    • Bachelor's degree completed.
    • 15 Years experience in People / HR / Shared Services enviroment in a senior position
    • Deep HR knowledge and experience to manage complex escalations and decision making
    • Strong HR operational experience of running medium to large regional operations
    • Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams and providing service to geographically dispersed customers
    • Knowledge of union management.
    • Experience in Lean processes.
    • Efficient use of MS Office. Especially Excel.
    • Advanced level of English.
