OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION
Supervise, plan and direct the administrative functions of the Human Resources department.

-Application of standards 45000, 14000, IATF (Desirable)
-Travel Coordination
-Payroll Review

EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-8 years or more experience in similar position
-Bachelor's degree/engineering degree in psychology, administration or related career
-Advanced English/bilingual
-Management of personnel
-Provenance in headcount of approximately 70-100 people
-Efficient use of Excel
-Preferably with experience in safety, health and environment
-Knowledge of standards 45000, 14000 and IATF (PLUS)
-Current passport -Passport in force
