OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION
This position is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that the duties as HR manager will be to manage activities such as job design, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.

EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-8 years or more of experience in the Human Resources area
-Coming from automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred, can be Tier 2 as well)
-Bachelor´s degree/ Engineering/ MBA (Psychology, business administration or similar career path)
-Advanced English / bilingual
-Experience in the use of SAP (PLUS)
-IATF - not compulsory, minimum iso 9001
