Join the team as a REWARD AND BENEFIT ANALYST and contribute to the achievement of the following challenges:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive and effective HR Rewards support.
  • Administer employee lifecycle reward processes.
  • Partner with HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers and COEs to maintain an effective Rewards strategy execution.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in benefits and compensation with other countries (experience required)
  • Advanced use of MS office, especially excel.
  • Advanced conversational level English to support Americas Continent Sites.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-directed, able to work independently.
  • Familiar with project management.
  • Flexibility to be able to handle other countries.
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
