Ensure budget compliance of assigned accounts.

Descripción de la empresa:

CASTLE METALS Leaders in iron sales, for different sectors, such as aeronauticas, industrial, machinary, among others. With more than 100 years in the market.

Objetivos, funciones y retos de la posición:

  • Plan an itinerary of calls, develop call pattern.
  • Understand and provide feedback to customers regarding operational capabilities and enhancements.
  • Develop territory growth strategy.
  • Establish and maintain personal relationships with prospects and customers in an assigned territory to sell company products and promote good will.
  • Demonstrate product capability and knowledge.
  • Gather relevant data for tailored products.
  • Prospect and develop new customers.
  • Gather relevant data from customers in order to understand product requirements.
  • Quote price, credit terms, delivery time, etc. in coordination with company goals and directives
  • Arrange for preparation of sales contracts and/or proposals.
  • Prepare reports of calls, business transactions, and expenses.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product performance.
  • Work with the value stream such as value improvement process
  • Accountability to core growth and product promotion (Commercial Strategies)
  • Utilize appropriate resources as appropriate (i.e.: credit, product management, operations, etc.)
  • Authorize customer orders, monitor the contribution margins of each transaction
  • Track quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Check that the pricing structure to continue with each client is adequate
  • Prospecting new market and industry
  • Evaluate the performance of sales executives and revise the Commercial Management results in each account assigned
  • Reviews, investigates and approves credit memos and generates the necessary actions
  • Designing training programs for sales personnel in materials and systems
  • Frequently visit customers to ensure effective communication
  • Evaluate and visit customer prospects.
Work model - Home office - follow up with manager by video/phone calls.
