In this position you will be responsible of searching and evaluating specialized talent , ensuring full coverage of vacancies required by our clients in a timely manner.

Funciones y retos de la posición:

As a leader company in Human Resources Solutions, we are always looking to collaborate in new projects that promote the creation of new jobs in the region.
That is why we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to become part of AeT recruiting team.
As our Talent Acquisition Executive you will work hand in hand with a specialized team on talent Acquisition and Evaluation. You will propose, participate and apply your experience to ensure the recruiting objectives of the team.
For being successful you will have to:
  • Being able to create, understand and follow clear intakes for directive, managerial and specialized positions.
  • Manage the recruiting process from the first contact with candidates all the way to their hiring process.
  • Posting and promotion of job offers in different channels.
  • Record and follow up of the evaluation process in our recruiting system. Being organized and being familiar following methodologies is essential.
  • Maintain constant communication with your team and with the Project Manager, getting to know your main activities and your responsibilities.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidate and Hiring managers and collect feedback from them.
  • Being able to evaluate candidates through psychometric application, english rapports, background checks, and generate an executive report with that information.


Other requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, communication)
  • Advanced English level (understanding, and communicating on business level)
  • 1 to 4 years experience on Talent Attraction for specialized talent
  • Great communication skills and teamwork.
  • Goal oriented (you will be measured by KPI´S)

1- 5 years in recruitment and candidate selection and evaluation through psychometrics, technical tests, english rapport and In depth interviews
